Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services. By booking our services or purchasing products, you agree to these terms.

1. Introduction

Welcome to IT Care Tech Repair ("we," "our," or "us"). By booking our services or purchasing products from itcare.co.in, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Services Provided

We offer professional computer, laptop, printer, mobile, and CCTV repair services, including chip-level repairs, both at our facility and via doorstep visits. We also sell devices, accessories, and related technology products.

3. Service Booking & Confirmation

  • All service bookings must be made through our website, phone, or official WhatsApp number.
  • Appointment times are estimates and may vary depending on technician availability and location.
  • We reserve the right to accept or reject service requests at our discretion.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Pricing will be communicated before service commencement or product purchase.
  • Additional costs may apply for replacement parts or extended repairs; customers will be informed in advance.
  • Payment is due immediately after service completion or at the time of product purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Warranty & Limitations

Repair Warranty

Repair warranties (if provided) apply only to the specific parts and issues serviced and will be specified on your invoice.

Product Purchase Warranty

  • Products purchased from IT Care come with the manufacturer's warranty plus one (1) year IT Care service warranty.
  • Under IT Care's service warranty, if a part needs replacement, only the part cost will be chargeable, while service will be free.
  • Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs.

Device Collection Policy

If a device is brought in for service, it must be collected within seven (7) days after completion. After this period, IT Care will not be responsible for loss, damage, or condition of the device.

Device Inspection Charges

If a device is opened for checking/bug diagnosis, inspection charges will apply, even if the customer chooses not to proceed with the repair.

Data Responsibility

Data backup is the customer's responsibility. We are not liable for loss of data during repair or product servicing.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe access to the device for doorstep service.
  • Provide accurate information about the issue.
  • Remove or secure sensitive data before handing over your device.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IT Care shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Bookings may be cancelled with at least 2 hours' notice.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 working days.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time, and changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
